Includes 15 hours. Covers all maintenance *plus* time to build new automations and workflows every month. This is the peace-of-mind and growth package.
Includes 25 hours. For larger organizations that want a part-time "Automation Director" to provide ongoing strategic advice, integration management, and AI workflow development.
All retainer plans are billed monthly. Additional time beyond the included hours is billed at our standard project rate of $175/hour.

For new organizations. Includes discovery, CiviCRM installation, core configuration, basic data import (one spreadsheet), and one primary component setup (like Donations).
For established organizations. Includes setup of *all* core components (Donations, Events, Memberships), advanced data import, and one full "Automation Accelerator" workflow using Make.com.
For organizations moving from a complex legacy CRM or database. This is a custom-quoted project that includes a full migration strategy, data cleaning, and rebuilding all your critical workflows.

Don't run CiviCRM on cheap, shared hosting. Our premium, managed service provides a high-speed, secure Virtual Private Server (VPS) specifically configured for CiviCRM. We handle all server updates, security, and daily off-site backups so you can have total peace of mind.
